Using the site
The pages are free to read and link to. Nothing here is legal advice, a license, a certificate or a consumer report.
The sources, and what they require
This site republishes public registers. Source by source: the licence it is published under, and the condition its publisher sets — read from the publisher's own terms page, on the date shown.
| Source | Licence | What the publisher requires |
|---|---|---|
| Companies House — Companies House — Free Company Data Product | Open Government Licence v3.0 | We credit the source, state on every page that this site is not affiliated with it, never download owner or contact names and publish only names carrying a company word. — Terms read on 2026-10-01, terms |
Not a credit or background check
This site republishes a public register about companies. Nothing published or sold here is a credit report or a background check, and it must not be used to decide anything about an individual.
Having your entry removed
If you are named on this site and would rather not be, write to us and we will remove you. You do not have to explain why, and we will not ask.
Two things this cannot do, and we say so plainly rather than let you find out later: it does not change the official register, which is where the record actually lives; and it does not remove you from anyone else's copy of the same public data.
