## A dated report on one company in an insolvency procedure

For a creditor's or adviser's file: one company record, compiled and dated.

### How to order

1. Find the company in an insolvency procedure with [the search](/search.md) and open its record.
2. Click **Dated record report**: the form below fills itself in. You can also type the name here.
3. We compile the report by hand and send it to you as a PDF by e-mail, with a card payment link for £19.
You pay after you have the report.

### A dated report on this entity

The pages of this site are free and will stay free: an official fact belongs to no one. What is sold is the **compilation work** — what the public registers say about this entity on a given date, and what they do not say.

#### What the report contains

- the record: company number, current and previous names, procedure, registered office
- the last accounts filed and their type, the activity, charges outstanding
- **what was not found**, written down: the checks made and the empty results
- the exact citation: Companies House file and date

**Price: £19** / company in an insolvency procedure

#### What the report is NOT

It is not a document of Companies House and not a certificate.

This is an order form. The request reaches us and we confirm it by e-mail before any payment. Nothing is charged at this stage.

Have a whole list rather than one entity? See [the professional access](/pro.md).

**Not a consumer reporting agency.** This site
and the datasets sold from it are **not** consumer reports under
the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and must not be used to decide anyone's
eligibility for employment, credit, insurance, housing, or any other purpose
covered by the FCRA. If you need a background check, use a screening company
that operates as a consumer reporting agency.

**Insolvency practitioner or former director?**

The internal data of a company that employed 50 people or more (Slack or Microsoft Teams archive, documentation, project histories) may still be an asset of the estate after liquidation or administration.

[See whether the data qualifies →](/pro.md) We are paid by the buyer if a partnership is signed, never by the estate. Whether personal data in those archives can be transferred is a legal question for the office-holder. Not affiliated with Companies House.
